cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check in.
security deposit
A security deposit of £250 will be added to your booking. This will be returnable within 5 working days of checkout subject to our damage waiver policy.
polite requests
Whilst we welcome your pets at Trewane House we would ask that you respect the house and the outside space and clean up after your dog.
